Blackstone Remodel| Saint Louis Park, MN

This 1,800sqft half story home is located in Saint Louis Park. Maybe it’s just us, but half-story homes have a magical whimsical feel to them. We love them, and it’s a good thing that Saint Louis Park is full of this style of home. The Blackstone home was originally 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, and it did NOT have a garage. So we took matters into our own hands and built a brand new two-stall garage, and added another bedroom and bathroom. The roof and siding were in good shape so we were lucky to only have to paint the exterior and add some custom window boxes. On the inside, we added new luxury vinyl flooring, new carpet, new tile, new paint, new fixtures, appliances, and custom wood faux beams in the family room. Although this home leans on the smaller size of 1,800sqft, it packs a punch with the updates made!
