Aw, the cutest little peach around! This popular 1.5-story Saint Louis Park house had some great bones, but it needed some major love. This house was screaming for a farmhouse renovation overhaul. We were able to turn the back three season porch into a usable all year round dining room. We completely updated the kitchen by adding simple and classic subway tile from floor to ceiling, new cabinets, appliances, and the best part was exposing the hidden brick to add texture to the space!
This house required us to relocate and steal room from other spaces to make it more functional to the modern home owner.
