We literally took this home down to the studs. The Hale house had a beautiful charming exterior shell that we were able to, thankfully, save. The inside had to be completely gutted and rebuilt with modern finishes while maintaining the charm of the era. From adding new framing, spray foam insulation, drywall, windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and custom carpentry, this home was restored to new glory. This one is proof that anything is possible if the home has the right bones.
