We turned this typical split entry, cookie-cutter house into a custom, open concept, rustic-vibe home. A large beam was added to let the kitchen and dining walls down. This allowed us space to add a custom, over-sized, tall island which allowed for great sight lines and entertaining. We added texture throughout by adding the perfect amount of shiplap and reclaimed barn wood finishes. All bathrooms were updated along with adding new carpet, refinishing the hardwood floors, new windows, new roof, and fresh paint inside and out.
