Brownlow Remodel | Saint Louis Park

Welcome to another Saint Louis Park remodel! We purchased, renovated, and designed this home in 2024. We know this style of home very well and beat out multiple offers when purchasing it. We knew exactly what needed to be done in order to bring life back into it and create an open concept space with the limited square footage that we were faced with.

Our vision was to infuse warmth into the design, opting for beige cabinets instead of the traditional white. The addition of Chloe subway tile in the kitchen provided warmth and texture, replacing the all-white matte tile commonly used. While black and white remains one of our favorite color combinations, we chose gold hardware to enhance the cohesive warm look in harmony with the cabinets.

In our pursuit of value-add opportunities, we identified this home as a perfect candidate. The remodel includes a fourth bedroom and an additional bathroom in the basement, addressing practical living needs. Moreover, we created a designated office room in the lower level, a significant benefit for a home of this size and area!
